Audrey Katherine Barganier

Mrs. Audrey Katherine Barganier, age 85, of Fort Deposit, died on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Sept. 24, 2007, at

2 p.m., with the Rev. Alan Murphy, and Bro. Mike Phillips officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.

Burial will follow at Myrtlewood Cemetery, Fort Deposit. The family will receive friends at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home, on Sept. 24, 2007, from 1-2 p.m.

Mrs. Barganier was predeceased by her sister, Annie Belle Phillips, brothers, Ralph Murphy, Renford Murphy, Roy Murphy, Ray Murphy and Raymond Murphy.

She is survived by her husband, Oliver Barganier, sons, Billy (Joyce) Barganier of Selma, Tommy (Jean) Barganier of Fort Deposit, grandchildren, Michelle (Ricky) Moring of Selma, Melissa (Shep) Chambers of Montgomery, Bryan (Melanie) Barganier of Helena, Ala., Tison Barganier of Birmingham, great-grandchildren, Alston Moring, McLain Chambers, Ella Barganier, and brother, Russell (Dayle) Murphy of Montgomery.

Mary ‘Jackie’ Lambert

Mary “Jackie” Lambert age 71, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10

a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, in the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Lambert is survived by her husband, Wallace Lambert of Selma; daughters Pamela Hawkins of Morganton, N.C. and Lynn Stokes of Sylvester, Ga.; son, Wallace Scott Lambert of Shelbyville, Ky.; sister, Jan Black, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Mike Ward, Greg Ward, Gene Hisel, Henry Gilley, Keith Black and Phil Bradshaw.

The family will receive friends Monday, Sept. 24, 2007,

from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Frankie Vaughn died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, at a Montgomery hospital. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, at the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Linda Tarver officiating. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007, at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis, N.C., with Whitley’s Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Vaughn is survived by her husband, A.T. Vaughn; daughters, Vixie (Jeffrey) Friedman, and Elizabeth (Dale) Wasson; grandchildren, Katie Wasson, Matthew, Jesse, Bethany, Adam, Elisa and Jedidiah Friedman; one great-grandchild, Emma Wasson; brother, Donald Baity of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and sisters, Helen Marks of Charlotte, N.C., and Edith Watts of Thomasville, N.C.
