Pauline H. Mangham

Pauline H. Mangham, age 84, of Selma, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2007 at a local hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday,

June 12, 2007 at Pineview Memory Gardens with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

Ms. Mangham is survived by her stepchildren, Patricia Dekay of Austin, Texas, Hazel Marie Ditollo of Birmingham, and Dale Mangham of Grand Bay, Alabama.

Ms. Mangham is also survived by two nephews, Harvie Childers and Franklin Childers.

Honorary pallbearers will be Alton Williams, Garnett Stancil , Calvin Frith, Harvie Childers, Franklin Childers, and Dale Mangham.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Mangham’s friend Genny Frith for her help and support.

Family will receive friends on Monday June 11, 2007 from 6-8 at the funeral home.

Boyd Conrad “Buck” Pugh

Boyd Conrad “Buck” Pugh, age 75, died Saturday, June 9, 2007 in a local hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June

12, 2007 at Pineview Memory Gardens officiated by Judge Johnny Jones and directed by Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.

Mr. Pugh is survived by two sons, Boyd E. (Rhonda) Pugh of Selma, and Randy M. (Tammy) Pugh of Selma, four grandchildren, Quinton Pugh, Summer Pugh, Kevin Pugh and Aaron Pugh, sister, Audrey (Don) Strumpfer of Montgomery, niece, Betty (Thomas) Mendez of Wetumpka, and sister-in-law, Deloris Criswell of Selma.

Pallbearers will be members of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department and City of Selma Fire Department.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at Lawrence Funeral Home.

The family requests flowers be omitted and suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or The American Heart Association.
