To the Editor:

My name is Karen Cline. I am Nicholas Cline’s mother. I have wanted to express so many feelings that I have not been able to keep them all straight as I am on an “emotional rollercoaster.”

I pray that this is not a permanent ride for myself and my daughter, Heather.

I would like to give a personal “Thank You” to everyone who had our family on their mind and helped.

You can never be thanked enough in my opinion. The list would be too long and I fear I would not remember everyone or acknowledge the many I never met.

I am truly blessed to have been able to experience such a true community effort from all across the area. God bless you all!

I would like to organize a foundation to help keep our children from following in the footsteps of so many others. If there is a person or persons that could help to guide us in the right direction, maybe we can generate some positive things for youth.
