Sarah Ann Gresham, age 73, of Selma, Ala., passed away May 7, 2007.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Emma Fancher, a brother, Jimmy Fancher and a sister, Molly Bee Fancher and granddaughter, Norahann Bjelke.

Surviving are her husband, William T. Gresham; sons, Thomas Gordon (Vicki) Beach and William Kelly Gresham; daughter, Katherine Jean (Thomas) Bjelke; brothers, William Carlos Fancher, John Allen (Kathleen) Fancher, Thomas Franklin (Harriet) Fancher, William Alvin (Mary) Fancher, Jr. and Charles Edward (Shela) Fancher; sister, Carolyn Rebecca (Hugh) Ware and grandchildren, Jennifer Faye Bjelke (Chris) Egbert, Jason Thomas Bjelke, Sarah Alice Beach and Thomas Gordon Beach, Jr.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 9, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.

Obituaries for May 9, 2007

Funeral services will be Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel with Rev. Joe Britton and Rev. Linda Tarver officiating.

Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Fancher, Blake Fancher, Johnny Fancher, Craig Fancher, Eugene Barnes, Bruce Barnes, Chuck (Charles) Fancher, Sean Ware, Mitchell Ware and Jeremy Ware.

Honorary pallbearers will be Derric Fancher, Darren Fancher, Bobby Fancher, Michael Dale Rush, Twain Fancher and Billy Fancher.

Mr. Michael Brown, age 46 of Lorain, Ohio, formerly of Demopolis, Alabama passed May 2, 2007 in Lorain, Ohio.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Larkin & Scott Funeral Chapel.

Rev. Terry Gosa will officiate.

Interment will follow in Memorial Cemetery, Demopolis, Alabama.

Born June 29, 1939

Died May 4, 2007

She passed peacefully in her sleep and will always be remembered for her strong moral values.

Her deep passion and love to the LORD is still with those she has left behind; There are seven sisters, three brothers, three beautiful daughters, two sons-in-laws, sixteen grandchildren, one grandson-in-law and one great grandson, all of which will greatly miss her.

The wake will be held at Lewis Brothers Home at 1140 Minter Ave. Selma, AL 36703 on May 11 at 7:30pm.

The eulogy will be held the following morning at Lewis Brothers Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. on May 12.

The burial ceremony will follow immediately at New Morning Star Baptist Church, 30 County Road 29, Marion Junction, AL 36759.
