Smitherman Brothers-Tayari Mortgage

Christian Strong, Josh Dobbins and Will Ingram all had hits to lead Smitherman Brothers to a 7-6 win.

Jekobi Lee went 2-for-2 with two runs scored to lead Tayari Mortgage. Alvin Shaw and Ben Gray added to the team’s effort with hits.

Taylor Sports-Rountree Electric

Ja’Von Strong and Tavian Carlisle both went 4-for-4 in Taylor Sports’ 20-19 win. Jerome Houser and Austin Little also added hits and runs.

Thomas Regan hit a home run for Rountree. Lang Evans hit a home run, double and single, and Dylon Smith added a hit.

Saturday, April 28

5-6 Boys

Exchange Club-Elk’s Lodge

Jashun Smith hit a home run in the first inning in Exchange Club’s 19-5 victory. Makevien Eaton and Curtavian Whisnant added hits and scores.

For Elk’s Lodge, Tristian Effinger hit a run-scoring double. Ethan Cargill and Preston Parker also had hits and scores.

Cosby Ice-The Knights

Baker King, Markeese Rayfore and Jamal Smith all went 3-for-3 with three runs to lead Cosby Ice to a 14-7 win.

Leland Williams crossed the plate twice off a triple and single for The Knights. Ramone Ellis and Ford Chittom had hits as well.

Smitherman Brothers-Taylor Sports

The first four batters in Smitherman Brothers’ lineup all went 4-for-4 to lead the team to a 17-5 win. J’Khari Vaughan, Trovonn Davis, Tyler Smith and Jakob Harrison were all perfect at the plate.

Christopher Lee had a double and single to score two runs. Tavian Carlisle and Zyon Smith both had hits.

People’s Bank-Tayari Mortgage

Dreyveon Wright and Jadarrius Martin hit home runs to seal a 16-4 win for People’s Bank. Dionne Allen scored two runs to help in the win.

Jekobi Lee homered in the third inning for Tayari Mortgage. Viderrion Harris and Gary Crum contributed hits.
