Glass House-Woodmen of the World

Demeiria Hurt, Tiffany Jones, Kenya Billingsley, Jalian Blake, Jakayla Pettway, Jaiya Colvin, Kenyatta Billingsley, Maya Salone, Starrtasia Eaton, Keitha Howard, Kamaya Wilson, Jatasia Eaton and Shameria Hardy all had hits to help the Glass House Restaurant best the Woodmen of the World, 13-4, Friday in 5-6-year-old girls softball.

For Woodmen of the World, Kali Cochran, Ashley Brown, Grace Robbins, Chelsea Russ, Tamia Furlow, Kianna Thomas, Lauren Thomas, Caroline Thomas, Taylor Grace Foster, Shemeria Jackson, Mary Grace Morgan and Kayla Watts all had hits.

Henderson Chiropractic-Moose Lodge

Henderson Chiropractic defeated the Moose Lodge 5-6-year-old team in Friday action.

Gunnar Henderson, Taylor Henderson and Matt Williams each had three runs. Britton Adams and Brayton Brown added two hits each for the Henderson team.

Brandon Sewel, Preston Waller and Trendorious Thomas each had two runs for the Moose Lodge team.

Mr. Roy’s-Discount Tires

Mr. Roy’s 5-6-year-old team defeated Discount Tires, 13-11, in 5-6-year-old action Friday.

Trederiun Phillips, Justin Walker, Anthonie Ribin, Eric Davis and Tyshawn Gardner each had two runs for the win for Mr. Roy’s.

Xavier Green, Kenyon Walker, Keishan Williams and Marvin White each had two runs for Discount Tires.

7-8 Girls

Gayle’s Amoco-Gray’s Furniture

Gayle’s defeated Gray’s Furniture, 12-1, in 7-8-year-old girls action Friday.

Leading Gayle’s Amoco, Keanna King, Tori Shaw, Dytaria Johnson and Anna Gayle Hubbard each had two runs. Mallory Freine, Quadasha Holmes and Tasia Lewis each added one run.

Taylor Ellis had one run for Gray’s Furniture.

Team-Work-Carter Drugs

The Team-Work 7-8-year-old team defeated Carter Drugs, 17-1 in Friday action. Leading Team-Work, D’Andra Williams had three runs. Heaven Edwards, Yasmeen Green, Alreal Brown and Tikeyah Reese each had two runs. Fatima Ford, Dejah Thrash, Nautica Hardy, Alandra Hooks and Kejoni Rudolph each added one run.

Antonyah Dudley had the single run for Carter Drugs.

Taylor Internal Medicine-Dallas Avenue Pharmacy

The Taylor Internal Medicine team defeated Dallas Avenue Pharmacy, 7-6 in action Friday. Leading Taylor, Shaniya England and Pretrice Hopkins each had two runs. Jamiya Smith and Maggie Tipton had one run each.

For Dallas Avenue Pharmacy, Jasmine Thomas and Areaa Simpson

had two runs each. Logan Bamoth and Aaliyah Krause each added one run.

7-8 Boys

Johnson P&B-Fuller Building

The Johnson P&B team defeated Fuller Building, 21-11 in 7-8-year-old action Saturday.

Ivan Williams and Niaji Whitt led the Johnson team with three runs each. Frank McGill, Justin Burton, Dee Jones, Frederious Henderson and Fred Richardson added two runs each.

For Fuller Building, Jadarius Whitlock, Kane Perryman and Darrius Bethal each had two runs.

7-8 Girls

Pediatric Shortcakes-Dallas Avenue Pharmacy

The Pediatric Shortcakes defeated the Dallas Avenue Pharmacy team 12-10 in 7-8-year-old girls action Saturday.

Lindsey Mellwain led the Pediatric Shortcakes team with four hits and two runs. Shaye Dailey added three hits and two runs, as did Jatan Hardy.

Ashley Horton and Kaydreona Moorer each added two hits and two runs, while Harrietta Mitchell had two hits and one run.

Lindsey Nalley had one hit and one run.

Liz Strothers, Jazmine Williams, Jakeria Young and Shaereke Davis had one hit each.

For the Dallas Avenue Pharmacy team, Aaliyah Krause had four hits and four runs. Jasmine Thomas added three hits and one run, while Logan Darmoth and Areela Simpson each had two hits and two runs.

Laurie Buck had one hit and one run. Cheyenne Jones, Brittney Brown, Shea and Ariel Small each had one hit.

The Taylor Internal Medicine team defeated Gray’s Furniture 13-3 in 7-8-year-old girls action Saturday.

Leading Taylor Internal Medicine was Maggie Tipton with three hits and one run. Kayla Page added two hits and two runs. Morgan Smitherman, Jamaya Smith and Pretriee Hopkins each had two hits and one run.

Prisella Hopkins, India Morrow, Gabrielle Jones, Zemaria Wallace, Donna Neely, Shaniya England and Calandra Morrow each had one hit and one run.

For the Gray’s Furniture team, Cassidy Lawrence led with two hits and one run. Kaitlin Carter, Dallas Chisenall and Kayla Jefferson each added two hits.

Shelby Bosnell and Paisley Calhoun each added one hit and one run, while Taylor Ellis and Jamesha Baker each got a hit.

Gayle’s Amoco-Henry Brick

Gayle’s Amoco defeated Henry Brick, 13-4 in 7-8-year-old girls action Saturday.

Mallory Freine, Quadasha Holmes and Keonna King led the Gayle’s Amoco team with three hits and three runs each.

Dytara Johnson had three hits and one run.

Tori Shaw added two hits and two runs, while Anna Gayle Hubbard had two hits and one run. Kynadra Lewis and Nia Brooke each added two hits and Jada Braxton had one hit.

For the Henry Brick team, Ta’Mur Fuller had two hits and two runs, and Regan Hewitt had one hit and one run.

Sara Beardan, Jada Whisnant, Rahbia Edwards, Alexis Spencer and Jorgarndra Dower each had one hit.

9-10 Girls

Auto Beauty-Blackbelt

Auto Beauty defeated Blackbelt, 4-0 in 9-10-year-old action Saturday. Vina Oliver led the Auto Beauty team with two runs. Natasha Burnes, Janea Miles, Clisha Bender, Hamet Shaw, Shaclyya Richardson, Nyonan Morrow, Amber Surles, Jalysa Turner and Kern Strokes each added one run for the win.

Town & Country-Ken’s General Store

Town & Country 9-10-year-olds defeated Ken’s General Store, 12-2 in action Saturday.

Brzanna McGill and LaShawn Davis led the Town & Country team with two runs each.

Princess Watkins, Kakayla Thrash, Trisha Moore, Kelsey Cooper, Anel Maul, T’Keyah Harris, Dextavia Watkins and Jamea Murray each added one run.

For the Ken’s General Store team, Tima Coleman and Ka’Deidra Thigpen each had one run.

Dixie Boys

Pilcher McBride-Healthmark

Aimel Hayes led the Pilcher McBride team with three runs and four hits for a 14-2 win over the Healthmark team.

Hayes also had four RBIs.

Michael Perryman had three hits, three runs a homerun and two RBIs.

Wilbur McConico added three hits, two runs and two RBIs, while Jermal Duddly had three hits and two runs.

Shavarius Holomon had one run, two hits and an RBI.

For the Healthmark team, Zachary Grandy and Jake Smith each had one run, two hits. The winning pitcher was Wilbur McConico who pitched five innings for Pilcher McBride. Zachery Grandy pitched for the Healthmark team.
