To the Editor:

All of the current Selma City School board members should be fired by our Selma City Council.

I know you won’t do the right thing, you never do. But it is important to many of us that you know that we know you are wrong!

The worse notion – these people knew they were wrong themselves.

The board members who voted themselves a $600 per month salary, have already been gainfully employed in our fair city, while many of the children they serve may have never have the opportunity that were afforded.

Over the years, we’ve heard of students without the books needed to do their assignments, as well as leaky roofs, etc.

We must keep in mind that these people were to become your rising stars.
