To the Editor:

I am writing in response to the Ann Coulter article.

I see that this paper has decided to drop her for her “F word.”

However, on the very same page on the very same date, March 13, 2007, I noticed a political cartoon that had the “Gringo go home” phrase in it.

I accept that this newspaper has no problems with racial slurs directed at white people unless the paper issues a public apology and promise to never use the cartoonist again.

I would like for you to publish this letter on your opinion page if you do not wish to apologize so everyone can see the double standard of this paper.
