Lucille Goldsmith McQueen, age 84, a native of Calhoun, AL died on February 27, 2007.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 12:00 noon at the Ft. Deposit, Municipal Complex with Overseer Frederick K. Sheffield officiating. Interment was held in Ramah Baptist Churchyard Cemetery with Bell Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include: children, Willie (Ollie) Robinson, Jimmy (Annie) Bibb, and Cathy (Gary) Robinson; two sisters, Elvira Session of Moss Point, MS and

Estelle Wiley of Calhoun, AL; two brothers, Elbert Luck and Paul Goldsmith both of Moss Point, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Faye B. Pierce

Faye B. Pierce, age 82, of Montgomery, AL and formerly of Selma, AL, passed away March 1, 2007 in a Montgomery Nursing Facility.

Graveside services will be Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Martel Pace officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be held prior to the service at 10:00 a.m.

She is survived by her son, Thomas M. (Cheryl) Pierce; two daughters, Donna (Bill) Tobola and Janie (Aaron) Holden; one brother, Bernard P. (Alice) Bradford; grandchildren, Libby (Bobby) Fuller, Grant (Julie) Griffith, Zachary (Terra) Pierce, Tracey (Archie) McMichen, and great grandchildren, Jeremy and Dani Fuller, Pierce Griffith, and Ava Pierce; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Horton Bradford and Thomas G. Bradford, Jr. and one sister, Edith B. Mullins.

Pallbearers will be Taylor Bradford, Robert Bradford, Mark Bradford, Tom G. Bradford, Mark Snow, David Brady, Dennis Itson and Barry Buford.

George Blevins

George Blevins, 44, a resident of Selma, passed Feb. 24, 2007 at a Montgomery hospital.

Final arrangements will be announced at a later date by J. H. Williams & Sons Funeral Home.
