Irma Jean Sanderson

Irma Jean Sanderson, age 76, of Jones, AL, passed away January 28, 2007.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 31, 2007, 1:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Walter Johnson officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

She is survived by her husband, Guinn Allen Sanderson; three sons, David Allen (Ann) Sanderson, Charles Kenneth (Judy) Sanderson and William Wesley (Julie) Sanderson; three daughters, Stephanie (Danny) Blue, Marcia Ezelle and Melvia (Dwayne) McKinley; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, John Blue and one great grandson.

Pallbearers will be Josh Locke, Rusty Headley, James Frederick, Justin McKinley, Joseph Bedsole, Scott Burt, Jackie Deloach and David Lee.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Jones Baptist Church, P. O. Box 7, Jones, Ala.

Mrs. Helen Louise Prewitte, 77 of Atmore, Ala. former resident of Marion Junction, Ala. died Saturday, January 27, 2007 in Atmore.

She was a Homemaker, born on October 22, 1929 in Memphis, TN, the only child of the late James and Annie Lou Ervin Madearris.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert Prewitte and a great granddaughter, Macey Abigail Amerson.

Survivors are: one son, Mike Prewitte and wife, Donna of Selma, Ala.; three daughters, Lana Williams and spouse, Mark Lawrence of England, Cathy Williams and husband, Roy and Teri Peterson and husband, Ronnie all of Atmore, Ala.; ten grandchildren, Lori Moore of Maplesville, Ala., Chanda Prewitte of Pontotoc, Miss., Megan Amerson and Stacey Plant both of Century, Fla., Eric Broadbent of Atmore, Ala., Phillip Prewitte of Pontotoc, Miss., Lauren Beasley of Atmore, Ala., Brittany Brooks and Rachael Prewitte both of Selma, Ala., Dylan Broadbent and Tyler Broadbent both of Atmore, Ala.; four great grandchildren, Madison Amerson, Tanner Plant, Madelyn Broadbent and Kendall Beasley.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 1:00. p.m. in Pineview Cemetery in Selma, Ala. with Pastor Lane Harris officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Eric Broadbent, Phillip Prewitte, Dylan Broadbent and Eric Plant.

Family will receive friends, Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Johnson-Quimbly Funeral Home from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
