To the Editor:

Regarding Mr. Nate Brown’s letter of Jan. 25, could you sir, please tell me where the League of the South advocates hating anyone?

Anywhere on their site or official literature will do. If you can, I strongly urge The Selma Times-Journal to print such materials on their front page exposing the League as the “hate organization” that Mr. Brown and the SPLC claims they are.

If you cannot produce such materials, then I would think it would be incumbent upon you to admit your failure to do so on the very same editorial page that you made such a claim.

P.S. I am not now nor have I ever been a member of the League of the South.
