STAFF REPORT

Emergystat Ambulance Service recently gave back to the community by presenting checks to the five area schools that pay for having an ambulance on hand during football games.

High schools are required to have an emergency transportation provider on site for all football games. The schools pay a fee for the service. Company spokesman Dennis Poole said Emergystat is giving back a portion of what they were paid to area schools because they want to be a part of the community.
