Ora Bell Shepard

Ora Bell Shepard, age 91, of Selma, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2006 at a local hospital.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 16 at 2 p.m. at East Salem Baptist Church with Rev. W.J. Brown officiating. Burial was held in Glover’s Cemetery. Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directed.

She is survived by her three daughters, Sallie Smiley, Shirley Hester and Fannie Smith of Selma; 26 grandchildren; one son-in-law; one daughter-in-law; one niece; and special friends, Willie Mae and John Johnson of Sardis.

Pallbearers were her grandsons.
