Area residents have taken legal action to halt the Ellwood Community church’s ministry from operating the Circle of Love communal living facility, which was once Dunn Nursing Home on Mabry Street. Ellwood has invested a significant amount of money to restore the aging two-story building, which is now close to 50 percent occupancy.
