To the Editor:

As the council’s public safety chairman, I want to personally thank the outside law enforcement officials for their involvement in our community. The citizens of Selma recognize this as a good first step in setting our community free from drug dealers and criminals.

Thank you for your efforts to eradicate drugs and crime in Selma. We look forward to your continued involvement.
