Mrs. Ida Mae “Mama Dot” Mooney, age 86, of Selma, AL died on May 17, 2006 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 1:00 PM at West Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. A. Williams officiating. Burial in Fairlawn Cemetery directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

Survivors include: four sons, Nathan C. Mooney, Sr., Robert Hudson, Jay M. Carmichael and Cleveland R. Mooney; two daughters, Mary Parker and Ida B. Mooney Wright; one sister, Mary J. Goshay; eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two sons-in-laws, three daughters-in-laws, and one nephew.
