Brandon Kyle Crear, age 18, a resident of Pascagoula, MS died on April 22, 2006 at a local hospital. Final funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date by J.H. Williams & Sons Funeral Home.

Files, Mrs. Sara Webb Miller, age 89 of Demopolis died Monday, April 24, 2006 at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis, AL.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at Riverside Cemetery in Demopolis with Rev. Aaron Raulerson officiating. Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Files was preceded in death by her parents, James Cox Webb, Sr. and Gertrude Jones Webb; a son, Thomas “Tommy” Richard Miller, Jr.; a brother, James Cox Webb, Jr.; two brothers-in-law, Emmett C. Clinkscales and Oliver Newton Files.

Survivors include her husband, Ellis M. Files of Demopolis; a daughter, Gertrude Miller (Ramon) Perdue of Lookout Mountain, TN.; a daughter- in- law, Brenda Hill Miller and a sister, Carolyn Webb Clinkscales both of Demopolis. Four sisters-in-law, Bonnie Files (Alford) Hall of Townley, Oma Files (James) Miller of Cottondale, Betty Files Farley (Earl) Forester and Sherry Manasco Files all of Jasper; Five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two nieces, Carolyn Webb Thomas and Knight Webb Upchurch.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 560 Demopolis, AL. 36732 or Demopolis Public Library, 217 East Washington Street, Demopolis, AL. 36732.

Carlton Eugene Lawley

Carlton Eugene Lawley, at the age of 57 died Monday April 24, 2006 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday April 26, 2006 at Lawrence-Brown Service Funeral Home with Rev. Ira Blanchard officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Mr. Lawley is survived by his son: Russell (Tonya) Lawley, daughter: Callie (Chris) Austin, sisters, Lillian (Tom) Watson and Betty (Donald) Dempsey, brother: Mitchell Lawley, grandchildren: Corey Lawley, Cammie Sanders, Cade Austin, Heather Austin, and Nick Austin, special friends: Betty (Dallas) Marchant and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bud Crovato, Dallas Marchant, Chris Austin, Joe Arnold, James Nut, and Mark Story.

Nora Dorothy Vinson, age 91, of Jones, AL

moved to heaven April 24, 2006. Graveside services will be Thursday, April 27, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. Rod Rochester and Rev. Jimmy Voss officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 26, 2006, 6-8:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.

She is survived by two sons, Arnold (Elodean) Vinson and Mike (Pam) Vinson; two daughters, Linda Vinson and Jean Brown; a daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Vinson; one brother, Donald (Mavis) Bierd; one sister, Jane (Grady) Belvin; nine grandchildren, Sherry Durbin, Denise Voss, Annette Buxton, Randy Vinson, Robert Vinson, Richard Vinson, Jim Brown, Paul Brown and Jack Holloway; 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Paul Vinson; and two sons, Waymon and Lewis Byard “L. B.” Vinson.

Pallbearers will be Richard Vinson, Shane Vinson, Joshua Buxton, Paul Brown, Randy Vinson, Bill Durbin, David Buxton, Robert Vinson and Jim Brown.
