With time ticking down, Fort Dale’s Brady Newton flung a three-pointer that clanged off the backboard securing the victory for the Morgan Academy Senators. The win brought the Senators closer to .500 overall and improved them to 3-0 in the region with the 45-43 victory.

Ben Callaway led the Senators in scoring with 14 points, six of which came while the senior was battling an asthma attack in the third period. Blake South and Weston Mason both chipped in with seven points for Morgan Academy.
