The Judson College Lady Eagles continued their skid Tuesday night falling to Southern Union Junior College 50-49.
The Lady Eagles will look to break the trend and get back on the winning side of things tonight when they play host to Bellhaven College out of Tennessee.
According to Lee Jones, coach of the Lady Eagles, Bellhaven is a good team coming into Marion.
Bellhaven has already got one win under their belts from this area after knocking off the Concordia College Lady Hornets earlier in the month.
Against Southern Union, the Lady Eagles were led by Charity Fuller’s 23 points. She also grabbed eight rebounds and commited six thefts while dishing out two assists. Jennifer Holmberg added nine points and nine rebounds followed by Anna Billingham’s eight points and eight rebounds and one steal.
Tipoff for tonight’s game is set for 6 p.m.
