Fans looking for something do over the Thanksgiving holidays can turn their attention to gymnasium at Francis Marion High School in the town of Marion.

Beginning Thanksgiving at 4 p.m., FMHS will play host to the Francis Marion High School Thanksgiving Shootout.

The Tournament will be an eight-team double elimination ordeal with a who’s who of high school basketball.

At 4 p.m., the tournament will get kicked off when 2A Keith takes the floor against 1A Sunshine.

From there, the action will continue when 5A Anniston High takes on 4A Livingston at 5:15 p.m.

R.C. Hatch will take on defending AHSAA state champion Greene County in the 6 p.m., game.

And then in the nightcap, the home standing Francis Marion Runnin’ Rams will take on the Greensboro Raiders.

The tournament is set-up as double elimination and teams will be eliminated on Friday.

The Thanksgiving Shootout finals will be on Saturday.
