One thing that the Concordia College Hornets can be assured of, is that their first year as a college football team will be a successful one. The worst that they can finish is above .500. Right now, the Hornets are 5-3 with losses coming from West Alabama, Millsaps and Webber International. This weekend, they plan to add 4-4 Paul Quinn College to their list of victories.
For a first year program, that spells success.
Skanes and the rest of the Hornet coaching staff look for next year to be just as successful.
This weekend, the Hornets will face Paul Quinn at Memorial Stadium.
The four Paul Quinn losses have been at the hands of Southwestern Athletic Conference football teams – Mississippi Valley, Prairie View, Texas Southern and Texas College
Kickoff for Saturday’s game is set for 2 p.m.
