William James Jimmy Seymore

William James Jimmy Seymore, age 70, passed away, Sunday, September 25, 2005, at his residence.

He is survived by his brother, Billy (June) Seymore of Selma, and his sister, Stella Seymore Terrell of Selma; two nieces, Janet (Ted) Hughes of Prattville, and Dana (Ned) Ling of Helena, AL; two great nieces, Laurel Beth Ling of Helena, Al, and Clair Hughes of Prattville, and one great nephew, Jameson Ling of Helena, AL.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2005, at 11:00. A. M. in the Plantersville Christian Cemetery with Rev. George K. Jones officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:00

P. M. at Selma Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cahaba Hospice or the charity of your choice.

Cannon Russell

Leatha Mae Cannon Russell, 68, of Rosedale, N.Y., formerly of Gallion, Alabama, passed Tuesday, September 20, 2005, at a New York hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2005, at Gilfield Baptist Church, Gallion, Alabama, Rev. Moses Jones Sr. is pastor, Rev. Lacornia Harris is eulogist. Interment will follow in Limestone Cemetery, Gallion, Alabama.

The remains will repose at the church at 12 noon on Wednesday. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama, entrusted with arrangements.
