The Meadowview Christian Lady Trojans improved to 3-1 on the season Tuesday night with a dominating 70-3 win over host East Memorial Christian.

The Lady Trojans were led by Haley McIntyre with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Joni Lawrence chipped in 13 points and two rebounds. They were followed by Elyse McIntyre and Carol Ann McIntyre with eight points apiece.

In boys’ action, MCS completed the sweep with a 60-28 win over East Memorial.

Derek Lassiter scored 11 of his 19 points in the first half and Aaron Raines chipped in with 11 of his 18 points in the first half as the Trojans (4-0) remained unbeaten.

“This was a good ball game for us,” MCS coach Rick Raines said. “We came out running the floor and hitting our shots.”

MCS will host Morgan Academy Thursday night.
