So far police have been unable to determine an apparent cause of death, according to Little but the discovery is being treated as a criminal case. The Criminal Investigations Division is handling the investigation.

Dallas County Corner Alan Dailey said it appeared the body had been inside the vacant house for several days.

“The cause of death was nothing obvious,” Daily said. “It is

not a suspected homicide and it is not a

suspected natural death.”

Wright’s body has been turned over to the Department of Forensic Sciences in an attempt to establish a cause of death and gather any forensic evidence.
