Helen Wawceil Howell

Helen Wawceil Howell, 84, of Selma, died Sunday, October 24, 2004, at a local hospital.

Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, at the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Wesley Wilkerson, Rev. Sonny Edwards and Rev. Glen Smith officiating. Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include son, Ronald Ray (Maria Victoria) Howell of Channelview, Texas; daughters, Rubye (C.C.) Wilkerson of Selma and Joyce (Benny) Thompson of Gulf Shore; brothers, Ernest C. (Ann) Pharr of Montgomery and John C. Pharr of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandchildren, David (Susan) Wilkerson, Donna (Skipper) Miley, Debbie (Ronnie) Sexton, Joey Thompson, Lance Thompson, Brett Thompson, Ronald (Sherry) Howell Jr.

Robin (Bob) Yates, Renea (Mike) Johnson, Kevin Araus and Tinia Araus; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Active pallbearers are Ronald Ray Howell Jr., David Wilkerson, Joey Thompson, Lance Thompson, Brett Thompson and Skipper Miley.

Family visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home. Guests will be received at the Howell home at 303 Woodbine Street.

As an alternative to flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Gideons.

Claudia Pearl Little

Claudia Pearl Little, 92, of Selma, died Sunday, October 24, 2004, at a local nursing home.

Graveside services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 27, at New Live Oak Cemetery with Dr. Kenny Hatcher, the Rev. Sonny Edwards and the Rev. Neil Caver officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include son, Joe C. (Kay) Little of Selma; daughters, Georgia L. (Billy) Bobo and Ethel M. (Terry) Bixler of Selma; grandchildren, Kim Ballard, Mark Bobo, Joe Little Jr. and Elizabeth Rabb; great-grandchildren, Jessica Bullard, Dalton Bobo, Nolan Bobo, Lara Little, Anna Little, Paige Rabb, Karli Rabb and Max Rabb.

Active pallbearers are Mark Bobo, Joe Little jr., Dalton Bobo, Melvin Summerlin Jr., Terry Bixler and Douglas Coat.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, at Lawrence Funeral Home.

Donna Kate Fuller

Donna Kate Fuller, 48, of Selma, died Thursday, October 21, 2004, at a Montgomery hospital.

Services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Gardens Cemetery with Miller Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include her mother, Eva Alexander; four brothers, Alphonso Moore, Willie Fuller, Isaac Fuller and Richard Fuller; seven sisters, Georgia Mae (Prince) Edwards, Nelva Jean (Joseph) Brown, Valeria (William) Gordon, Ivonda (Floyd) Washington, Wilnorean (Earl) Lewis and Alandra (Maurice) Boggan; a host of nephews and nieces, other relatives, great-grandfather, Dea. Will Burrell; great-grandmother, Adrillo Burrell; and one great-uncle, Elijha Show Sr.; two devoted friends, Ella S. Jones and Ruby Miller of Montgomery.

She was preceded in death by her father Rev. W.F. Fuller.

Active pallbearers are brothers and nephews.

Theodore Coleman

Theodore Coleman, 53, of Selma, died Monday, October 25, 2004.
