Tonya Monique Hatcher
Tonya Monique Hatcher, 34, of Selma, died Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at a local hospital.
Services were at1 p.m. Saturday, September 11, at the Chapel of Miller Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony Wilson officiating. Burial followed in Fairlawn Cemetery with Miller Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include a loving mother, Deloris Hatcher; a very loving and devoted grandmother who was her mother too, Elbertha
H. Hatcher; two brothers, Anthony B. Hatcher (Barbara) and Marvin D. Hatcher; one uncle, Scott Hatcher Jr. (Kimberly) of Mesquite, Texas; five aunts, Gertie H. Nix (Jerry) of Maplesville, Eloise H. Williams of Birmingham, Patricia Jones of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Ann H. Wilson (Tony) of Montgomery and Loreasa H. Edwards (Woodrow) of Bronx, N.Y.; three great-aunts, Lula Mae Courtland (Ocie) and Bertha Mae Courtland (James) all of Selma and Reneva Courtland (J.B.) of Uniontown; one nephew; one niece; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Cornelius Harville
Cornelius Harville, 84, of Birmingham, formerly of Plantersville, died Monday, September 6, 2004, in Birmingham.
Services are at 1 p.m. Monday, September 13, at Metropolitan AME Zion Church in Birmingham. Burial will follow in Zion Memorial Cemetery with Poole Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include one sister, Bernice Harville of Selma; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie Harville Sr. and Ella J. Harville, three brothers, Will Harville, Charlie Harville Jr. and Andre Harville; and five sisters, Mary Harris, Irene Smith, Ella B. Chatmon, Glady Harville and his twin Rebecca Curry.
Amelia Hale
Amelia Hale, 85, of Livingston, died Monday, September 6, 2004, at her home.
Services were at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 11, at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Livingston, with the Rev. John Powell and the Rev. L.C. Eatman officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery with Larkin and Scott Funeral Home of Demopolis directing.
George Larry Neal
George Larry Neal, 41, of Demopolis, died Friday, September 3, 2004, at a Demopolis hospital.
Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 11, at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Demopolis, with the Rev. Melvin Perry officiating. Burial followed in St. Matthew Watson Cemetery in Boligee, with Larkin and Scott Funeral Home of Demopolis directing.
Willie Ringstaff
Willie Ringstaff, of Montgomery, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 13 at 1 p.m., from the Abraham Baptist Church with Pastor Frederick Harris Sr. Burial will be held in the Big Roxanna Baptist Cemetery.
