Lakendra Jackson pumped in 14 points in limited action and led the Concordia Lady Hornets to an easy 72-41 win over Oakwood College on Tuesday night.

Lee Paige and Brandy Wallace 10 and eight points respectively as coach Anthony Robinson cleared his bench.

The Hornets, improving to 3-7, jumped out to a 43-10 half time lead and cruised to the victory.

“We got off to a good start and were able to give our reserves some work,&uot; the coach said. &uot;We’re proud that our young team is starting to play together, especially on defense.&uot;

Erica Morrow had 12 points for Oakwood.
