This year’s annual performance of Handel’s &uot;Messiah&uot; is more than the typical production. This year, for the first time, children’s choir will join the Selma Choral Society and will be singing &uot;Anthems for Christmas.&uot;

While the performance used to be held later in the year, this year’s will be held the weekend after Thanksgiving.

But, it remains the traditional mesh of people from many religions from all over the city, designed to promote peace and harmony in Selma.
