The postseason only began last week, but many teams around Selma-Dallas County have already seen their season come to an end.

That being said, there are still five area high school basketball teams with a shot at a state championship. The Keith boys and girls, Selma girls, Ellwood Christian boys and Meadowview Christian boys are all alive in their postseason tournaments.

Keith’s boys and girls are the only area teams with that will be hosting games this upcoming week. In the first home sub-regional round game of the week, the Keith girls will host Billingsley in a battle of the Bears Monday at 5 p.m. Keith cruised to a class 1A, area 5 championship by beating Isabella 54-21.
