Steve “Buddy” McCloud, age 68, of Selma, passed away Feb. 11, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Evon McCloud; father, Neal McCloud Jr. and step-father, Joseph Connor.

Surviving are his mother, Mary Louise Connor; loyal companion, Patricia Watson; children, Lisa (David) Tanner and Christy (PJ) Bains; brothers, Michael (Aimee) Frith and Mitchell (Michelle) Frith; sisters, Betty (Rod) Rochester and Kim (Scotty) Harris; grandchildren, Brittney Watson, Cody Watson, Jacob Tanner, Hannah Bains and Owen Bains; three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be Sunday, Feb. 14 at 1:30 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rod Rochester officiating. Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 from 5-7 p.m.

Pallbearers will be David Tanner, PJ Bains, Scotty Harris, Blake Harris, Brian Frith and Michael Frith. Honorary pallbearer will be Darrin Rochester.
