Ernest Maxwell Potts, Jr., age 41, of Birmingham, AL, passed away June 10, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Sally Potts and sister, Sandra Kaye Potts.

He is survived by his children, Chase Potts, Ernest Potts, III and Dylan Potts; brother, Eugene Potts; sister, Bonnie Potts Garza and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who were very special to him.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rod Rochester officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, June 13, 2014 from 5-7:00 p.m.

Family will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK, 73123-1718.
