Judy Cornelia Melton Ivey, 70, of Marion Junction, AL passed away November 7, 2013. Mrs. Melton was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Ivey. She is survived by her children, John Ivey (Amy) and Julie Ivery Harper (Paul); grandchildren, David Billings, Joseph Ivy, and Ivy Harper; great grandchild, Kaylee Grace Wilson; husband, Earl Nelson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Lawrence Brown Funeral Home with a chapel service following at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Bill Best and Rev. Marzette officiating. On Monday, November 11, 2013 from 12-2:00 p.m. the family will be receiving friends at Columbia United Methodist Church in Columbia, AL with a church service following at 2:00 p.m. with Rev.
