Ms. Diane Woods, 60, resident of Selma, passed away April 5, 2013 at Orchard Healthcare Center. Services are scheduled for April 13, 2013, 12:00 noon at Union Grove P.B. Church officiated by Pastor  O.L. Acoff. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery directed by Miller Funeral Service of Selma.
She was preceded in death by parents Richard and Minnie Dower; son, Jimmy Woods.
Survivors include spouse, Jim Woods; sons,  Derrick (Gracie) Dower, Matthew Woods, and Richard (Barbara) Woods; daughter, Bettie Woods;  brothers, Robert (Mary) Dower, William Dower, Samuel (Ophelia) Dower, and Johnny(Elnora) Dower; sisters, Leslie (Stanley) Davidson McTaggart, Lillian Olds (Joe Olds), Mary (Clarence) Boykins, Peggy (Perkins) Battle ,Jacqueline Dower, Francis (Marvin) Reese; eighteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, two daughters-in-laws, five brothers-in-laws, seven sisters-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be nieces and nephews.
