Sturdivant Hall sets Artisan Fair for Nov. 22

SELMA – The annual Sturdivant Hall Artisan Fair returns just in time for the holiday season. The annual pop-up craft and handmade goods fair will be hosted on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sturdivant Hall Museum in Selma.

Shoppers will be able to browse and buy beautiful local art, handcrafted goods, pottery, homemade snacks and treats, and holiday gifts.

“The Artisan Fair is a great way to kick off your holiday shopping while supporting local artists and makers,” said Sturdivant Hall Museum Director Mary Margaret Mims. “We look forward to welcoming vendors and shoppers back this year for another successful event.”

Vendors will be set up in the historic 1850s mansion located at 713 Mabry Street in Selma’s Old Town Historic District. Sturdivant Hall’s Gift Shop will also be open during the event, offering a special sale for Artisan Fair attendees.

Delicious lunches prepared by Mary Hicks will be available for purchase, alongside other perfect giftable treats like pecans, cheese straws, and snack mixes.

Vendors interested in participating in the event can sign up by calling Sturdivant Hall Museum at 334-872-5626. Vendor registration is $75.00. The last day for vendors to sign up is Wednesday, November 12.
