Chambers sprinted out of the gate with 21 straight points to quickly take command of the game.

The Rebels scored within the first two minutes on a rushing touchdown to make it 6-0 right off the bat.

A quiet stretch by the standard of the first quarter in this matchup ensued with no points for close to seven minutes of action after that opening touchdown.

Late in the quarter, however, the fireworks returned quickly.

Chambers ran in another touchdown with around three minutes to play in the period, using the two-point conversion to make it 14-0.

The Rebels then quickly got a defensive stop to get the ball back and hit Aidan Tillery for a touchdown pass to make it 21-0.

Morgan Academy also found time to put point on the board, taking the ensuing kickoff back to the house for a touchdown to trim the deficit to 21-6.

All of a sudden, a wild game was taking place, and it didn’t change on Chambers’ next possession, adding one final touchdown in the quarter for a 27-6 lead.

The Rebels then went on to add 19 more points in the second quarter before coasting to the victory in  a scoreless final two quarters.

Morgan Academy will now travel to Fort Dale next week hoping to finish the regular season with some confidence.
