Johnny Moss III will be the next Mayor of Selma after defeating Aaron Roper in the Selma Mayor’s race on Tuesday.

He will take office in November. Here is what he had to say about winning the race.

The other winners were Ward 1 Councilman Troy Harvill, Ward 5 Councilwoman Nadine Sturdivant, Ward 6 Councilwoman Ashley Ervin and District 4 School Board Brittney Houser.
