Welcome to the Selma City Council Meeting. To ensure orderly meetings, the City Council observes rules of courtesy which applies to Council, Mayor, Employees, News Media, Citizens, and Visitors. These courtesy rules are as follows:

-All electronic devices should be on silent upon entering the chamber.

-Posters or place cards MUST remain outside of Council Chamber.

-All persons should refrain from loud or excessive talking, boisterous behavior, or slanderous remarks during the meeting.

-No one is allowed to approach the council during the meeting without authorization by the presiding officer.

Any violation of the courtesy rules will result in the presiding officer removing you from the chamber.
