The City of Selma now has 33 people officially seeking office as of Monday afternoon, and eight qualified to run for Mayor of Selma.

The deadline is Tuesday, June 24, at 5 p.m.

In Valley Grande, one person has qualified for each position, four are incumbents while two are newcomers to this election cycle.

The candidates that have already qualified are as follows by each race according to who qualified first:
