The following persons were booked into the Dallas County Jail based on arrest reports for May 22.

• Emmanuel Ware, 33, arrested May 22 at the Tyler community club by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, hold for Mobile County, no bond.
• Ethel Delois McMillon, 51, arrested May 22 at mile marker 9 of Alabama 22 by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, giving false information to an officer, $1,500 bond.
• Larry J.D. Jordan, 23, arrested May 22 at mile marker 9 on Alabama 22 by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, giving false information to an officer, $1,500 bond.
• Shawn Bell, 38, arrested May 22 in the 6700 block of Alabama 41 by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, harassing communications, $1,000 bond.
• Tevin Christopher Seals, 31, arrested May 22 on U.S. 80 East by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, auto theft first degree, attempted breaking and entering of a vehicle, $55,000 total bond.

All suspects arrested for charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
