Wallace Community College Selma (WCCS) held its 2025 Commencement Exercises on Friday, May 9, at the WCCS campus.
The ceremony times were at:
• 10 a.m. for the Academic Programs. The school honored graduates of Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, business administration, computer information systems, office administration, accounting and academic dual enrollment programs.
• 1 p.m. for the Technical Programs. This afternoon ceremony featured graduates in cosmetology, drafting and design, industrial maintenance, electrical technology, welding, associate degree nursing, practical nursing, patient care technician, masonry and technical dual enrollment.
“Graduation is a proud moment for our students, their families, and our entire College community,” said WCCS President Dr. James M. Mitchell. “While the weather has required us to adjust the format, our commitment to celebrating our graduates remains unchanged. We look forward to honoring their hard work, resilience and achievements.”
