WCCS President Dr. James M. Mitchell said, “Graduation is a proud moment for our students, their families, and our entire College community. While the weather has required us to adjust the format, our commitment to celebrating our graduates remains unchanged. We look forward to honoring their hard work, resilience, and achievements.”
