On Friday night, a man was pronounced dead after shots rang out on the corner of Church St. and Minter Avenue.

Police and first responders were at the scene. At this time, the Selma Police Department has not identified the victim, and no suspects have been arrested. The motive behind the shooting has not yet been determined.

Currently, the Selma Police Department is investigating the shooting incident.
