Jikarryon Milner is a native of Selma, who has branched off and achieved her dreams of becoming a Realtor. Now, through eXp Realty, she is helping those in smaller communities like Selma and neighboring communities like Montgomery, achieve their goal of homeownership.

Milner said the purpose of her first-time home buyer workshop event called “Keys To Your Future” is a gateway event for community members in Selma who are aspiring to become homeowners and who want to know and are seeking information about the particular steps of buying a home.

Milner’s event kicks off on Saturday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to noon at Reflections Coffee Shoppe, located at 1014 Water Ave. in Selma.

“Drawing from my personal and professional experiences, my goal is to help as many individuals as possible achieve their dream of homeownership. By sharing practical advice, insights and resources, I hope to empower attendees with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate the home buying process successfully,” Milner said.

The event is free to the public and she said she encourages everyone seeking homeownership to come and attend to get the assistance and guidance that they need.
