Selma High School hosted the Catch Me If You Can track meet at Memorial Stadium on the Ralph “Shug” Jordan Track and Field Facility on Wednesday, April 9.
The meet was the first event held on the newly refurbished track at the Selma ballpark. A ribbon cutting was held earlier in the day.
This is the first home track meet in more than five years, as the track has needed renovations.
Schools attending the meet included Selma, Southside, Dallas County, Keith, Demopolis, St. James, Center Point and others.
Results from the meet were not immediately available Wednesday afternoon.
