Will Lee Heard, 70, resident of Northport, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. He is preceded in death by his wife, Winifred Heard; son, Ronald Johnson; mother, Dorothy Heard; father, Oscar Heard, Sr.; grandparents, Clara Patrick, Benjamin Norfleet, Mary Jane Heard, and Will Heard; siblings, Delores Terrell, Johnnie Mae Norfleet, Oscar Heard, Jr., Diane Heard, and Donna Heard. He is survived by his daughters, Michelle R. Johnson and Yolanda M. Johnson; brothers, Marvin Heard and Edward Heard; sisters, Jeanette Heard and Juliette Heard; three grandchildren, one son-in-law, three brothers-in-law, one sister-in-law, more than 20 nieces, and more than 20 nephews. Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Patrick S. Arrington, Sr. officiating. Burial in Heard Cemetery, Marion.
