The Tally-Ho Restaurant will host its 2025 St. Patrick’s Day Fundraiser on Monday, March 17, from 5-9 p.m.
Each year Tally-Ho benefits a local non-profit organization with a special St. Patrick’s Day menu, green beer and door prizes donated by local businesses.
This year’s beneficiary is the Selma Rotary Club for its annual Renee Kelley Wilkerson Day scholarship program.
A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit the organization, assisting them in their mission to provide to deserving students from each Dallas County School.
Wilkerson passed away Jan. 12, 2017. She and her husband, Paul, owned Tally-Ho. Her parents are Bob and Donna Kelley.
Renee, like her father, Bob, joined Rotary and was the youngest president in the history of the club. With the scholarship, this is one of the most significant and meaningful service projects the club does each year.
“More importantly, we’re just trying to help students that are going to go to college, and that’s what it’s for,” Bob said.”
The full St. Patrick’s Day menu can be viewed on The Tally – Ho’s Facebook page.
Those who may wish to give to the scholarship fund can send donations to Rotary Club of Selma, Attn: Ms. Jerria Martin, Scholarship Committee Chair, P.O. Box 1115, Selma, AL 36702.
