Last week, the students within the Dallas County Career Technical Center were in shock to see a local pharmacist stop by their school and educate them on the importance of healthcare science.
Dr. Maya Rudolph, is a local pharmacist within the Selma community, who strives each day to dispense prescription medications and provide information to patients and through her expertise during her day to day job, she told the students of the center about the vast opportunities in pharmacy careers.
During her visit, Rudolph’s efforts aligned perfectly with the Dallas County Career Technical Center’s mission to provide resources and services that prepare students to be technically and mechanically proficient in order to obtain success in life and through their daily choice of work.
