EMA giving away weather radios to seniors, disabled persons

The Dallas County Emergency Management Agency will distribute 35 pre-programmed weather radios at each location on a first come basis to senior citizens or individuals with disabilities.
A presentation will be also shown to inform citizens of the importance of being prepared. A valid ID is required to receive a weather radio.
The distributions will be at the following dates and locations:
- March 24 from 10-11 a.m., Orrville Community Center, 463 Academy Street.
- March 25 from 10-11 a.m., Old Shiloh School/Sardis Community Center, 6200 County Road 30, Sardis.
- March 26 from 10-11 a.m., Ebenezer Baptist Church, 1548 FD Reese Street, Selma
- March 27 from 10-11 a.m., Burnsville Volunteer Fire Department, 8605 Alabama Hwy 14 East, Selma.
