The following persons were booked into the Dallas County Jail between Feb. 14 and Feb. 17. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

  • Edwin Tolbert, 57, arrested Feb. 14 by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department at the Perry County Prep, Contempt of Court, no bond.
  • Craig Curtis, 38, arrested Feb. 14 in the 100 block of Church Street by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, failure to appear on receiving stolen property first degree, no bond.
  • Timothy Hewston, 28, arrested Feb. 14 in the 1800 block of County Road 27 by the Dallas County Sheriff’s department, held as a federal fugitive.
  • Keshia Latreece West, 45, arrested Feb. 14 on Highland Avenue by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, failure to appear on trafficking cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, no bond.
  • Terrence Lamont Melton, 49, arrested Feb. 15 at the intersection of JL Chestnut Boulevard and Lapsley Street by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, $1,000 bond.
  • Katavious Keante Olds, 25, arrested Feb. 16 at the Perry County Prep by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, contempt of court, no bond.
  • Montief L. Bolling, 46, arrested Feb. 16 in the 1200 block of First Avenue by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, attempting to elude, $10,000 bond; possession of a controlled substance, $15,000 bond; possession of drug paraphernalia, $6,000 bond.
  • Dshontriel M. Tarver, 34, arrested Feb. 16 at the 1300 block of Alabama Avenue by the Selma Police Department, murder, no bond.
  • Patrick O’Neal Carter, 37, arrested Feb. 17 at the intersection of Old Montgomery Highway and Avenue A by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, theft of property first degree, $30,000 bond.
  • Russell Chambers, 27, arrested Feb. 17, at Perry County Prep by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, contempt of court, no bond.
