The Alabama Crimson Tide defeated Mercer Bears 52-7 on Saturday afternoon at Bryant-Denny Stadium at Nick Saban Field.
The game was also military appreciation day, as paratroopers landed on the field as part of the pregame festivities. Veterans and active service members present at the game were honored, as the Million Dollar Band played each branch’s song during timeouts throughout the game.
